GROUP MEDITATION CLASSES - 'MEDITATION - A PATHWAY TO CALM'
Join Kate James in Elsternwick, Melbourne for this four week
meditation course where you will learn to slow your racing thoughts
and develop a greater sense of calm and control. Classes include
instruction in meditation techniques, time to meditate and
discussion about ways to increase happiness and wellbeing. Suitable
for beginners or as a refresher course for those who have some
meditation experience. Limited to only four participants.
Our classes are mainstream and practical. We won’t make you sit in
funny postures or change your beliefs in any way…we will simply show
you how to experience a deep sense of physical relaxation and a
calmer state of mind.

Where: Private home, Elsternwick
Cost: $195 (or $185 per person when you enrol with a friend)
When: Mondays 7.30pm - 8.30pm for four weeks
Next group commences: 19 April 2010 (no class Anzac holiday)
Class format
In each of our one hour classes participants will have the opportunity to
meditate as well as learning about different forms of meditation and
new ways of thinking to create inner calm.
