Meditation retreats
Our meditation retreats are about more than just meditation. They're designed to make meditation
accessible to everyone so we'll teach you a range of simple meditation
techniques that you can practise anywhere and easily integrate into
your life. We'll also introduce you to qi gong and we'll share our ideas about how to live a wholehearted, meaningful life.
