Details |
In a relaxing, supportive and informal
meditation class, we
will discuss different meditation techniques and simple
methods to achieve a state of calm. The workshop includes an introduction to several
different forms of meditation as well as:

demystifying meditation to make it
accessible for everyone

connecting with the real you - how
meditation can help you to understand what you want in
life
-
a better understanding of stress and its
impact
-
guided meditation for pure
relaxation
-
visualisation
-
mindfulness
techniques
-
time for informal discussion about
meditation

Beginners or those with some meditation
experience (however, please note that beginners will be
catered for in the class so there will be some review of
basic meditation techniques).
Anyone wanting to feel a greater sense of
inner peace and a better understanding of themselves. |

water bottle, a blanket and a cushion or pillow and dress in
comfortable clothing |
