In a relaxing, supportive and informal morning mindfulness workshop, we will discuss different mindfulness and meditation techniques and simple methods to achieve a state of calm. The workshop includes an introduction to several different forms of meditation and other concepts that will support your practice.

  • demystifying mindfulness to make these practices accessible for everyone
  • how mindfulness can help to cultivate self-compassion
  • instruction in various different meditation techniques (breath, body scan, silent, mantra meditation)
  • guided meditations to completely relax you
  • mindfulness techniques that you can practise every day

Suitable for: Beginners or those with some meditation experience. Anyone wanting to feel a greater sense of inner peace and gain a better understanding of themselves. Our workshop is open to participants over the age of 16. In the interests of other participants, we ask that you leave babies and children at home please.

Please bring: A water bottle, your own blanket if you tend to get cold (we do have blankets in the studio) and a journal and pen (optional). Dress in comfortable clothing.
