Mindfulness at Work
Mindfulness is the art of learning to be in the present moment.
So much of our time is spent worrying about the past or the future
that we forget to pay attention to what is going on right now.
'Mindfulness at Work' is more than just a meditation class.
This is a session that will help to reduce stress levels, increase
focus and concentration and improve performance at work.
Our mindfulness meditation class is mainstream and practical. We
won’t make participants sit in funny postures or change their
beliefs in any way…we will simply show them how to experience a deep
sense of physical relaxation that will help achieve a calm state of mind.
Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to quieten the 'noise' in your mind.
This simple meditation technique is one that you can also
practice easily on your own after just one class. Our corporate
mindfulness meditation classes range from one hour in duration to
half day workshops. The session includes instruction in
mindfulness meditation as well as time to discuss how
the practice can improve your workplace relationships and
productivity.
Program: One hour keynote or half day workshops (or we can
tailor something to suit you)
Room requirements: Any workplace setting is fine. They key to
this presentation is to help participants understand that
mindfulness can be practiced in any setting.

We provide handouts and offer individual support at the completion
of the class. Programs are suitable for beginners or
as a refresher course for those who have some meditation experience.
Classes are conducted with participants sitting on chairs so can be held in your meeting or board room.
