More about personal coaching

Your first session is obligation free. We offer two options - a one hour telephone or in-person session at our Elsternwick or city offices. At the completion of this session, you'll have an idea if we're the right people for you to work with. Once you decide that you're happy to continue, we recommend that you commit to a minimum of three sessions which can be taken at intervals that suit you.

Most clients find that fortnightly sessions are best to begin with but once you have made some changes, you may like to drop back to a monthly session to keep you on track in the longer term. For more information about the process and our coaching style, check out our
