PERSONAL COACHING
Personal coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to talk about the things that are important to you. It's an opportunity for personal growth - to re-establish enthusiasm, self belief, clarity and confidence in your life. Coaching also provides you with a structure designed to keep you accountable for achieving your personal objectives. Our clients are predominantly professional people, aged between 25 and 40 who are seeking more fulfilment from their lives.

Chances are that you're visiting our site because you feel ready to make some changes. Maybe you've been talking about changing things for a while now but you're still just talking. If you know you can do it on your own, take the first step today and change something (often all it takes is that one first step...). If you're genuinely stuck, please let us help. We provide telephone coaching to clients across Australia and face to face coaching to our Melbourne and Sydney clients.

We're not into pushy sales techniques so we promise only to send you the newsletter...and you can unsubscribe at any time. Click here to subscribe.

Personal Coaching Program:
Your first session is obligation free. We offer two options - either a fifty minute telephone or in-person session held at either our Elsternwick or city premises. At the completion of this session, you'll have an idea if we're the right people for you to work with. Once you decide that you're happy to continue, we ask that you commit to a minimum of three sessions which can be taken at intervals that suit your needs. Most clients find that weekly or fortnightly sessions are best to begin with but once you have made some changes, you may like to drop back to a monthly session to keep you on track in the longer term. 3 x 50 minute sessions held either weekly or fortnightly

Six Session Package

6 x 50 minute sessions held either weekly or fortnightly

Twelve Session Package

12 x 50 minute sessions held either weekly or fortnightly
