Who should attend?
Anyone who is interested in improving work life balance or learning about tips to manage stress, either at work or outside the workplace.
Work life balance workshop content includes
- understanding balance and stress (including five factor stress model)
- mapping a balanced life
- understanding your personal values and strengths
- developing authenticity
- six steps to resilience
- identifying and overcoming thoughts and behaviours that are barriers to wellbeing
- introduction to Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to manage stress
- learning to relax
