Our key focus is on raising
awareness about how stress affects your performance both within the
workplace and personally.

stress and we engage staff in simple but effective relaxation exercises that
can be practised daily.

Workshop content includes
- understanding stress (including five factor stress model)
- recognising stress in yourself and others
- monitoring current balance and stress levels
- differentiating between stressors
- effective responses to stress in yourself and others
- elements of a resilient life
- identifying and overcoming thoughts and behaviours that are barriers to stress reduction
- tools to manage stress effectively (and for leaders, to assist team members to manage stress)
