Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry.
2. Enter by purchasing two or more guided meditation MP3s from our online store at www.totalbalance.com.au/media/.  
3. Competitions commencement and closing dates are outlined on the website where each competition appears (see above).
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with each competition. 
5. Each entry will be individually included in the competition with winner being randomly selected by an independent third party on closing date of competition.
6. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. You may only enter each competition once.
9. Prize values mentioned in competitions are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, and are correct at time of publishing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the competition.
10. Prizes will be despatched to winners within 14 days from the close of each competition. Where there are delays in the Promoter receiving goods, prizes will be sent as soon as possible.
11. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their details are current and correct. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes. If a winner does not contact Total Balance within 30 days after being notified of their win, the prize may be forfeited.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner.
13. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tamper with the entry process.
14. All entries become the property of the Total Balance Group Pty Ltd.
15. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with Total Balance Group competitions are governed by our privacy policy.
16. The Promoter is Total Balance Group Pty Ltd.
