After a traditional Balinese opening ceremony, our days at this beautiful retreat will be filled with daily yoga, meditation and a handful of workshops. This beautiful six day retreat will give you the time and space to truly nurture yourself.

You will be introduced to the concepts of mindfulness, self-compassion and various forms of yoga and meditation that will help you deeply relax and become more self-aware. Included in your retreat package is a one hour massage to add to your sense of calm and a half day Balinese cooking class.

Delicious vegetarian meals are included (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as complimentary herbal teas, mineral water and fresh tropical fruits throughout the day.


We‘ll be the only guests at our stunning retreat venue, located just a few minutes drive from Ubud. Our private yoga shala is nestled above the banks of the river, with views of the rice-fields and jungle to enjoy as you practice.

During the middle of each day, you’ll have free time to explore Ubud, relax by the pool or to enjoy a facial, massage, manicure or pedicure at our onsite spa.

Who is this retreat for?

Our healthy yoga and meditation retreats are attended by women and men of all ages. Meditation and yoga sessions are suitable for everyone but in order to get the most from the retreat, we recommend participating in a few yoga classes before attending. If you wish to share accommodation and you’re travelling alone, we will assist you to find a suitable room companion.
