Course content includes

Week 1 – Self Awareness

In week one, we will work through a series of exercises to help you reconnect with the authentic version of yourself. You’ll identify your values, your strengths and you’ll reconnect with the real you.

Week 2 – Mapping Your Ideal Life

We’ll introduce the principles of mindfulness and creativity as we begin to explore what an ideal life and an ideal career look like to you. We’ll discuss the concept of visualisation and the importance of discipline when it comes to staying committed to your dreams.

Week 3 – Overcoming Your Limiting Beliefs

This week’s focus will be to explore how we get in our own way. As we explore limiting beliefs and self-sabotage, we’ll also look at the principles of vulnerability, courage and compassion. We will reflect on the importance of listening to your intuition as well as practising gratitude and self-care.

Week 4 – Creating the Plan

Using the principles of creativity and connection, we’ll begin to look at how you can bring your plan to life. Balancing practicality with dreams, we’ll get you thinking about who and what you need to help you achieve your ideal week, month and year.

Week 5 – Changing the Way You Think

This week we’ll revisit vulnerability, courage and discipline as we explore a range of exercises designed to help you to change the way you think. We’ll introduce you to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Community of Selves and we’ll give you tips about how to manage your concerns about what other people think.

Week 6 – Your Life Purpose

In the final week, we’ll help you bring all of your learning together to crystalise your life purpose and to help you create your personal manifesto and mission statement. We’ll provide you with practical advice about how to develop resilience and  how best you can stay on the path that is best for you.

Believe in Yourself & Do What You Love is a six-week intensive coaching program. Each week you’ll receive a new module including a guided meditation MP3 and a fillable PDF workbook. Once you’ve listened to the meditation, you’ll need to put aside a few hours each week to complete your workbook.

All of the content is yours to keep so you can come back to it as often as you need to.
