- Find a comfortable place to relax where you won’t be interrupted for fifteen minutes.

- At the end of your meditation, rest for a few minutes to allow your mind and body to return to an awakened state.
- Check in with your body from time to time during your day. Notice where you habitually hold tension, take a couple of mindful breaths and make a conscious effort to ease that tightness.
