Denu Body Scan Meditation

  1. Find a comfortable place to relax where you won’t be interrupted for fifteen minutes.
  2. Click the play button below and allow a minute or two for the file to load.
  3. Close your eyes and enjoy.
  4. At the end of your meditation, rest for a few minutes to allow your mind and body to return to an awakened state.
  5. Check in with your body from time to time during your day. Notice where you habitually hold tension, take a couple of mindful breaths and make a conscious effort to ease that tightness.
