What will I learn in this eBook?
After completing the exercises in the eBook and listening to the guided meditations you’ll have a better understanding of your strengths, your values, your limiting-beliefs and a clearer understanding of your life purpose.
How much time will I need to set aside?
Included with the Discover Your Purpose workbook is the Life Purpose guided meditation MP3, which is around 20 minutes long. Once you’ve listened to that, I recommend you put aside a full day to complete your workbook.
You’ll probably also find that you want to come back and refine your answers in the coming weeks.
Will it help as much as an in-person course or personal coaching?
In my experience, nothing beats working with someone one-on-one but the feedback I’ve had from earlier participants is that this content is enormously helpful. If you feel that you’d like some extra support once you’ve worked your way through the book, please get in touch and we’ll send you information about how you can book a single coaching session (you might find that that’s all you need).
What are the technical requirements?
The program is delivered as a fillable PDF workbook and an MP3 meditation. If you prefer to work offline, you can print the workbook out and complete it by hand. If you’re using an iPad or iPhone, you’ll need to also download Adobe Acrobat in order to save your responses.
How do I download the MP3?
If you open the MP3 link on your computer, the file will save to your music or downloads folder. If you’re using a Mac, playing the MP3 will automatically add it to iTunes, then you can easily sync to your iPod or iPhone. On a PC, you may need to drag the files into your iTunes folder manually, so that next time you sync your iPod or iPhone they’ll add automatically. Please note that the iOS operating system does not allow files to be directly downloaded to your iPod or iPhone. Unfortunately, this is something that’s outside our control – it’s a setting in iOs.
Is it imperative that I do the meditation?
It isn’t imperative, but you’ll certainly get more from the workbook if you make time to listen to the MP3.
What if I feel stuck?
You might find you come up against an exercise that feels extra difficult. There are a few options I recommend. Hold off completing the exercise for a few days, but continue to ask yourself the following questions:
- What’s getting in the way?
- Is there a reason I’m resisting this?
