Setting an intention instead of a goal

Sometimes setting a goal feels too rigid.

When it does, set an intention instead. It takes the pressure off.

My intention is to do a yoga practise every weekday morning. Occasionally, I just don’t feel like it. There’s something gratifying about knowing that you can say ‘no, not today’ without any guilt attached.

Just don’t say no every day.
