Learn Meditation in Melbourne with Kate James

Kate James helps participants learn meditation in a relaxing, supportive and informal environment. Kate introduces different meditation techniques and simple methods to achieve a state of calm. Her meditation classes and workshops includes several different styles of meditation, discussion about benefits and myths of meditation as well as plenty of time to practise.

You will be introduced to the concepts of mindfulness, self-compassion and various forms of yoga and meditation that will help you deeply relax and become more self-aware.

Delicious vegetarian meals are included (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as complimentary herbal teas, mineral water and fresh tropical fruits throughout the day.

Meditation and yoga sessions are suitable for everyone but in order to get the most from the retreat, we recommend participating in a few yoga classes before attending. If you wish to share accommodation and you’re travelling alone, we will assist you to find a suitable room companion.
